1. About This Platform
The 4W1N Business Planning Platform is operated by Focus15. It is a digital tool for founders building a business plan — available both to Focus15 workshop participants and to anyone who purchases direct access. By accessing this platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Access
You can access this platform either by purchasing direct access, or with an invite code issued by Focus15. Invite codes are personal to the individual they're issued to and must not be shared. Focus15 reserves the right to revoke access at any time if a code is misused or shared.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@focus15.co.uk. Each account is for individual use only.
4. Your Content
The business plan content you create on this platform belongs to you. Focus15 does not claim ownership of your business ideas, plans, or any content you enter. We will never use your business plan content for any purpose other than providing you with the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The 4W1N framework, methodology, branding, and all platform content are the intellectual property of Focus15. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform or its methodology without written permission from Focus15.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this platform only for its intended purpose — building your business plan. You must not attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Payment and Access Period
Direct access to the platform is available for a one-time payment, processed securely through Stripe. This is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges, and nothing renews automatically. Access lasts for 30 days from the date your account is created. If you need more time, you can purchase a 30-day extension for $19 at any time from inside the app, or contact us at contact@focus15.co.uk.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the platform offline for maintenance. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability.
9. Limitation of Liability
The 4W1N Business Planning Platform is provided as a guided tool to support your business planning process. Focus15 does not guarantee any specific business outcome as a result of using this platform. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on content generated here.
10. Termination
Focus15 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may delete your own account at any time from the My Account menu, or by contacting contact@focus15.co.uk. If your access lapses and you do not renew it, your account and business plan are automatically deleted after 2 years — see our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
