2. Access and Invite Codes
Access to this platform is by invitation only. Each user is issued a unique invite code by Focus15. This code is personal to you and must not be shared with others. Focus15 reserves the right to revoke access at any time if a code is misused or shared.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@focus15.co.uk. Each account is for individual use only.
4. Your Content
The business plan content you create on this platform belongs to you. Focus15 does not claim ownership of your business ideas, plans, or any content you enter. We will never use your business plan content for any purpose other than providing you with the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The 4W1N framework, methodology, branding, and all platform content are the intellectual property of Focus15. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform or its methodology without written permission from Focus15.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this platform only for its intended purpose — building your business plan as part of a Focus15 workshop. You must not attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the platform offline for maintenance. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability.
8. Limitation of Liability
The 4W1N Business Plan Builder is provided as a guided tool to support your business planning process. Focus15 does not guarantee any specific business outcome as a result of using this platform. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on content generated here.
9. Termination
Focus15 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting contact@focus15.co.uk.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
